After football, volleyball is another sport Netsmartzians adore. The evening quiet is regularly punctured with excited shouts and the thump of the ball as it is buffeted between the players. We have regular matches with teams displaying their prowess on the ground.
Every Wednesday we decide to have a theme of the day. Organzied by the hardworking HR dept. every Wednesday features some event. Fun dress codes, thinking up some witty slogans or designing posters - everyone has fun!
We make it a point to organize office celebrations and events for all major festivals. It brings everyone closer together and builds firm bonds besides being heaps of fun.
The Netsmartz Library has a wide variety of books and magazines categorized according to subject. Staffers can borrow the books and additionally opt for a heavily dicounted Browser Bookstore membership.
At Netsmartz we are great believers in health and fitness. That is why we are in the process of setting up a world class gym with cardio and strength machines, and an assortmnent of free weights.
We have focused trainings for our employees conducted by a professionally qualified corporate trainer. Trainings cover everything from better business communication to achieving a better work life balance.
