We clearly stated our project, and chose Netsmartz to take the project, based on the description given. Our goals were clear, and we did not necessarily bid on the lowest priced provider simply for cost. When we began the project, some snags popped up. We found that our site was not dynamic, but we were able to access most of the areas needed for good SEO. We found that NetSmartz was quite knowledgeable with site submission, but was uncertain on backlinks, etc, which are possible. Overall, we are somewhat happy with the results. We did not attain the goals requested in our project description, especially on Google, where our pagerank did not increase, and we received little for top rankings. Yahoo was strong for Netsmartz, as was MSN. We feel our feedback is justified by middle-to-good results on the project, not excellent.
