In almost all industries, whether it is trading, construction, or IT, sending an impressive proposal is an integral part of a business deal. A correctly worded and formatted proposal can get you big contracts and therefore huge profits.
The need of the hour was to develop a proposal making software with multimedia capabilities for maximum impact. We at Netsmartz wanted to make an application that would generate attractive, comprehensive proposals in the lease possible time. We needed to automate the proposal making process and streamline it by allowing proposal creation tasks to be shared within a team and controlled by the Admin (in most cases the Senior Sales Manager). Our aim was to provide a comprehensive, cost and time-effective solution that would be content- specific in addressing the needs of most industries.

This project was quite daunting as it had to allow for an interplay of various features and functionalities. The development team needed to be very clear about their goals. Work was in progress for almost two years before this revolutionary product became a reality. The effort of the team was duly acknowledged and credited.
PropozalSmartz was developed using advanced programming technologies like ASP, VB, COM, SQL Server, and Macromedia Flash. A lot of research has gone into developing this huge application with comprehensive features.
First, the content writers defined the industries to be targeted and developed a huge content library that could be accessed when creating a proposal. Highly professional, customized business / sales proposals and letters in different formats like Adobe PDF, Macromedia Flash and Microsoft Word can be generated through the software. It allows you to choose an attractive display theme for your proposal comprising an animated intro with your custom messages, designer templates dealing with various issues for showcasing your proposal and background music, to make proposal viewing a pleasant exercise. You can even include audio, video, Flash animations and Word docs. within the proposal. |
