NEED |

Netsmartz was required to develop an Executive Information System and Reporting System that is a metric analysis application. The proposed solution involved creating a central Performance Reporting portal that was online, accessible and fully automated. The application would be on the intranet and also feed information to kiosks in various company locations. The need of this application was felt because the process being followed had many limitations mentioned below:

EIS was a solution that proposed to significantly increase organizational efficiency, by setting out the facts and figures and comparing them with established targets. This involved automation enabling ease of change, business changes, quick and accurate reports generation and distribution, online availability of data, detailed information and accountability for each metric. All the information was available at a few clicks and helped in planning ahead. |
