  Ardent is a big player in the field of custom learning and communication solutions that help companies meet their business challenges. Ardent has a number of clients and therefore a lot of learning modules need to be developed for them. To attain the advantages of outsourcing, Ardent outsources its custom learning development work as its cost effective and Netsmartz is glad to be associated with Ardent who have put immense trust in our expertise and quality work.

  Challenge
  Many challenges have come our way while developing numerous WBTs and CBTs but with the skills and expertise of our qualified professionals, all technical needs have been met in-house. The courses developed and that are being developed are interactive and interesting as they involve both audio and video. LMS integration and AICC/Scorm standards were followed. Most of these projects were required to be developed within really tight timelines. On many occasions a number of projects were developed with simultaneous deliveries on one day that made the task difficult but not impossible since quality metrics also need to be met without fail.

To meet all client specifications within tight time duration made the task challenging for the Development Team, Software Quality Assurance Team, and Program Managers.

These training modules were mostly sales trainings dealing with the features and characteristics of the new products and customer care and selling skills. Such trainings help the sales and marketing people to be well informed about the product they are marketing with the right approach towards the customer.
