This refund policy was last updated on Jan 01, 2010, and is effective as of that date.

We, as a merchant, provide a service that comes in the form of information. As such, our offering is not a tangible product that can be returned for a refund. It can be used immediately upon receipt; there is no product to return. For this reason, once a service has been distributed, we cannot issue a refund. All sales are final, and, as per our signed project agreement, there is no grace period provided.
